7th Grade Social Studies studies Ancient Greece

Mrs. Meyer's 7th grade classes are studying World History.  In their unit on Ancient Greece they covered the war between the Greeks and the Persians.  To reinforce key concepts students were put in groups and asked to act out one of the famous battles.  Below you see their portrayals of battles at Salamais, Marathon and Thermopolye.  Students wrote scripts, used recycled materials as props and had to perform for their class.
